Florida Docks will make every effort to meet your shipping requests. Once the freight leaves our facility, or our manufacturer's facility, we have limited, if any, control over the timing of delivery, due to the variances in shipping times, distances, carrier changes, etc. You will be provided a tracking number and can contact the carrier directly during shipment for any timing updates. We highly encourage customers to inspect all shipments ON ARRIVAL for completeness and any potential damages to products. Mark any discrepancies on your Proof of Delivery document. If a claim needs to be filed, this documentation will become extremely important.
