Important for LTL Freight Shipments
All freight shipments are pre-calculated as RESIDENTIAL with LIFTGATE DELIVERY.
You may be able to save on shipping costs if you have a COMMERCIAL address, or can pick up at a shipping TERMINAL.
Please contact us directly at (833) 353-6257 for a shipping quote if you would like either of those options.
Note: Florida Docks will make every effort to meet your shipping requests. Once the freight leaves our facility, or our manufacturer's facility, we have limited, if any, control over the timing of delivery, due to the variances in shipping times, distances, carrier changes, etc. You will be provided a tracking number and can contact the carrier directly during shipment for any timing updates.
We highly encourage customers to inspect all shipments ON ARRIVAL for completeness and any potential damages to products. Mark any discrepancies on your Proof of Delivery document. If a claim needs to be filed, this documentation will become extremely important.
