Carolina Docks
Jet-Port LLC. warrants to the original retail consumer, that all Glide-N-Ride and Roll-N-Ride floats will be free of defects from workmanship and materials. This warranty is for a period of four years, starting with the original purchase date, and is in lieu of any implied warranties of merchantability and strength. In the even any product is found to be defective in workmanship or material, Jet-Port LLC. reserves the right to replace or repair the product at its option and pro-rate the product based on purchased date. Purchaser will bear responsibility of returning said product to Jet-Port, LLC. In the event that the defect, or other failure of the product was not caused by misuse, unapproved modifications, or damage to the product while in the possession of the consumer, Jet-Port LLC. will remedy the failure or defect, without charge to the consumer, within 30 days, a reasonable period of time. The purchaser does assume all responsibilities for the consequences of use of the product. Jet-Port LLC. assumes no liability for the consequential and/or incidental damages of any kind, including without limitation injury to the person. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. If you are not satisfied with our response under this warranty, you may address a written appeal to Jet-Port, LLC. for additional consideration.

Carolina Waterworks
TWO YEAR BUOY WARRANTY
TWELVE YEAR FLOAT WARRANTY
Carolina Waterworks, Inc. of Goose Creek, South Carolina, guarantees the polyethylene encased foam floatation unit for a period of twelve years from the date of delivery against cracking, peeling, sloughing, and destructive deterioration from ultra-violet rays while retaining its resiliency against ice and bumps by watercraft. • The defect in material must occur by reason of manufacturing defects unless otherwise provided herein, excluded from this guarantee are defects resulting from improper care, improper use, abuse, or misuse. • If, within twelve years after the date of delivery the floatation units are found to be defective, Carolina Waterworks shall provide a new floatation unit or repair the existing float after receipt of a written notice from the owner to do so. This obligation shall survive termination of the contract between Carolina Waterworks and the owner. • Carolina Waterworks warrants to the owner that all materials and equipment furnished are new unless otherwise specified, and that all work is of good quality and free from faults and defects. All materials and labor not conforming to these requirements, including substitutions not properly approved and authorized, may be the defect in material must occur by reason of manufacturing defects unless otherwise provided herein. Excluded considered defective. • Carolina Waterworks makes in representation, guarantees or warranties, express or implied, except as expressly set forth herein.

Cellofoam
Cellofoam® North America Inc. (“Cellofoam®”) warrants to the Original Owner (“Purchaser”) of the Permaport Xpress® only that this product is free from defects in materials and/or workmanship. At manufacturers discretion, Cellofoam® guarantees repair or replacement of this product or parts due to a manufacturing defect. This limited warranty begins from the purchase date (Bill of Sale) of the product from manufacturers records for a period of three (3) years for residential use, one (1) year for commercial use and one (1) year for parts.
Cellofoam North America Inc ("Manufacturer") warrants our encapsulated floatation, to the original owner ("Purchaser"), against cracking, peeling, sloughing, and excessive deterioration from ultraviolet rays while retaining resiliency under normal usage for a period of 15 years. The first 11 years are non-prorated. Years 12, 13, 14, and 15 are prorated at 40%, 30%, 20% and 10% of the original purchase price respectively. Defects in workmanship and warranted for a period of 1 year.

Connect-a-Dock
Seller warrants that the Products sold by Seller to Purchaser conform to Seller’s specifications and are free from defects in material and workmanship. Effective January 1, 2024, the base warranty duration for all Products sold by Seller is one year from the date of original purchase unless described below. The following Seller product warranties extend for the following times periods, commencing on the date of original purchase: (a) Connect-A-Port: 8 years (recreational use), 2 years (commercial use), 2 years (recreational use for products sold outside of the United States and Canada), 1 year (commercial use for products sold outside of the United States and Canada); (b) Connect-A-Dock: 10 years (recreational use), 3 years (commercial use), 2 (years recreational use for products sold outside of the United States and Canada), 1 year (commercial use for products sold outside of the United States and Canada); (c) YAKPort: 8 years (recreational use), 2 years (commercial use), 2 years (recreational use for products sold outside of the United States and Canada), 1 year (commercial use for products sold outside of the United States and Canada); (d) Parts and accessories for all floating dock/port products: 1 year. No change to any of these warranty time periods is valid unless specified by Seller in writing. All warranties apply only to the original Purchaser unless otherwise agreed by Seller in writing.

Snap Dock
Snap Dock (“Manufacturer”) warrants to the original purchaser
(“Purchaser”) of the Snap Dock Floating Dock System and its various products (“Product”) that, subject to the terms, conditions, and
limitations set forth herein, that Flotation Products, including dock sections, PWC Port sections, etc. will be free from defects in materials (i.e. cracks, breakage, and leaks caused by defects in material) and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of eight (8) years from the original date of purchase(“Warranty Period”). In addition, Accessories will have a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). Buyer needs to register their new Product and activate the 8-year limited
warranty by completing the Product Registration Form
