Returns Policy

Our Return Policy is on a product-by-product basis. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Currently we are shipping only to the US48. We can make special arrangements to ship other locations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Florida Docks will make every effort to meet your shipping requests. Once the freight leaves our facility, or our manufacturer's facility, we have limited, if any, control over the timing of delivery, due to the variances in shipping times, distances, carrier changes, etc.

You will be provided a tracking number and can contact the carrier directly during shipment for any timing updates.

We highly encourage customers to inspect all shipments ON ARRIVAL for completeness and any potential damages to products. Mark any discrepancies on your Proof of Delivery document. If a claim needs to be filed, this documentation will become extremely important. If damage is incurred, a claim will be filed with the shipper. Florida Docks cannot be held liable for damages to products during shipment, but we will assist in helping you file a claim with the shipping company.
